Travel day one day prior and one day after event
Lodging rate - $200 per night
Per diem for meals and incidentals - $75 per day
Mileage rate for travel - 56 cents per mile
Additional fees for travel requiring flying

Pricing

EVENT

All packages require a non-refundable payment of $350 at booking. Remaining balance is due one week before the date of the event. Quotes are valid for 30 days after issuance.

At least 50 high resolution images w/printing rights
